1. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and purchase invoice.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order ID or invoice is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Innerwear and lingerie
- Swimwear
- Accessories (unless received damaged)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Customized or altered garments
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us:
Email us at support@urbansuit.fashion with:- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
- Approval & Instructions:
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items before receiving return authorization. - Ship the Product:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving approval.
- Use a trackable courier and share tracking details with us.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting images or videos
- We will offer you:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
- Or store credit, based on your preference
In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method. The timelines are:
- UPI/Wallet Refunds: 1–3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 3–7 business days
If you haven’t received a refund within this period, contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned with missing tags or damaged packaging
- Items not in original condition
- Return requested after the 7-day return window
- Products purchased with a discount or offer coupon
Partial refunds will be processed at our discretion after inspection.
6. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for the following scenarios:
- Size or color issue
- Wrong product sent
- Item received damaged
To request an exchange:

- We’ll check product availability and send instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched
Note: If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order if:
- The product has not been shipped
- The cancellation request is sent within 12 hours of placing the order

- Include your order ID and reason for cancellation
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
Note: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, follow the return process after delivery.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your bank/payment gateway (some delays may occur)

We’ll investigate the matter and resolve it promptly.
9. Return Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns (unless we shipped an incorrect/damaged item)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) may be deducted from the refund amount
- Always use trackable shipping services to ensure we receive your returned product
10. Store Credit Option
Instead of a monetary refund, you can opt for store credit. This can be used on future purchases at UrbanSuit.Fashion and will remain valid for 6 months.
11. International Returns
Currently, we do not support returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistics complexity and high shipping costs. If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, please email us with proof and we will work with you to find the best possible resolution.
12. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to deny future returns or refunds in the case of:
- Frequent or excessive returns
- Return of worn or used items
- Fraudulent claims or chargebacks
- Policy abuse or manipulation

- We are not liable for damage or loss caused during the return transit
